I just saw warm bodies yesterday, it was ok. There were a lot of plot flaws because the obvious goal of this movie was a zombie chick flick. Zombies talking was just weird and didn't flow right because we're not really used to it. There were some clever lines, funny parts, and it was cute. It just wasn't very gripping. If I took it seriously at all, I'd probably hate it. I watched it knowing that it goes against everything I know to be true about zombies
So what do you have against CGI in zombie movies?I'm pretty sure walking dead has a fair amount of CGI in it actually. The effects in each episode are combinations of makeup and CGI.

I'm a huge Walking Dead fan and I've watched lots of interviews on the making of (the one I'm thinking of was on the talking dead show). They tell you all about how they do the effects. Although, it's a little unclear because they're constantly changing the crew up and switching writers every episode to keep it unpredictable and get different views.
