Check out this link.. a guy posted in his blog about going to see Maury Povich
For some reason no one actually read the entry and just assumed this is Maury's personal blog and hundreds and hundreds of people are posting thinking they are talking to him.. asking for his email..asking to be on the show.. Its just crazy
I mean.. all you have to do is spend 5 seconds looking at the page to realize that it is not maury's blog...

i have lost hope in humanity

Okay. Killshot, I just want you for a moment to imagine you are back in high school, taking all those weird aptitude tests that compare you according to your ability and intelligence to all other students in America taking same/similar test. When you get your results back, they tell you that you're like in the 87th percentile, or whatever. This is supposed to mean that you out performed, intellectually, 87 percent of all kids taking this test across the nation.

I'm willing to bet, that if you had taken such a test, you would have scored in the 90 something percentile. I'm in the 95th.

So, when I stop and ask myself how people can be so stupid, I stop and remind myself of this test. That I am smarter than 95 percent of much of America. And if we're to conclude that this is true, I pray and pray and pray for these people, because I'm not that smart at all.

But I no longer question it!

Flippin' godrabbits!

It turns me on when I know it's you.

Sweet...goodness...gravy.

The effort of using machines to mimic the human mind has always struck me as rather silly. I would rather use them to mimic something better.

Yeah I've always the same way, I know I'm smart, but I don't think I'm that smart, yet I score so highly on tests, it makes me wonder about other people, maybe I am that smart, and as a whole we are just dumb, and I am highened from the dumb curve.

Have you ever noticed no matter what job you happen to do, you always have to deal with some REALLY stupid people? Just makes you wonder- how many smart people do you get to deal with.... be thankful for the smart ones or we're all doomed!

Whatever I said above may or may not be funny...
whatever is funnier!

One of my major steps on the road to not trying anymore was when I took the ACT in 7th grade as a part of this Midwest Talent Search thing, and in the reading part I was in the 96th percentile. On a test intended for college bound high schoolers. I forget what my composite was, but I think it was a 19... anyhoo, I know I'm pretty smart, or at least I convince people that I am. But I recognize that there are so many people out there much more intelligent than I.

I took the ACT while I was tripping and I fucking rocked it. That was actually a bit depressing.
